FOR ENTERPRISE

Business intelligence your finance team can argue with — and win.

Klar answers questions across every row you own, not a sample of them, and shows the columns, filters and record count behind each number. No data team required to stand it up.

WHY TEAMS SWITCH

Three things that change the conversation.

Every row, not a sample

Aggregations are pushed down to your warehouse and computed across the full table. A dashboard built on a 100-row sample is a guess with a chart on it.

Evidence under every number

Each figure carries the columns it used, the filters applied and how many records it covers — so a disputed number gets settled instead of escalated.

Live in days, not a quarter

Klar reads your schema, proposes the joins and builds the first dashboard itself. There is no modelling layer to staff before anyone sees a chart.

GOVERNANCE

Access control that survives a security review.

Five cumulative roles, each inheriting the one below it.

Viewer
Reads dashboards and data. Changes nothing.
Analyst
Everything a viewer can do, plus runs investigations, forecasting and A/B analysis.
Editor
Builds and edits dashboards; manages datasets and connections.
Admin
Invites and manages users; manages billing.
Owner
Configures SSO and security; can transfer ownership of the workspace.

Single sign-on

OIDC single sign-on with just-in-time provisioning, so access follows your directory. SAML and SCIM are available on request for organisations that require them.

Audit logging

Security-relevant actions are recorded against the user and workspace that performed them, for the questions an auditor asks after the fact.

YOUR DATA

Where it lives, and where it doesn't.

Tenant isolation in the database

Every tenant-scoped table is protected by PostgreSQL row-level security, enforced by the database itself rather than by application code remembering to filter.

Credentials under envelope encryption

Connection credentials are encrypted with per-record data keys wrapped by a managed key. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Warehouse connectors query in place

Connect Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres or MySQL and Klar queries them directly — the rows stay in your warehouse. SaaS sources such as Stripe, Shopify or GA4 have no queryable endpoint, so those are synced into your workspace storage. We would rather tell you that here than have you discover it in a security review.

Certifications

What exists today is written down and reviewable rather than reduced to a badge: our security posture, a data processing agreement, and the full sub-processor list.

A SOC 2 audit is scoped when a customer requires one. If your procurement process depends on a certification, tell us at the start and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it and by when — rather than discovering it at the end. Send security questions straight to security@aeye-on.com.

Tell us what you’re trying to measure.

Enterprise plans are quoted per organisation — seats, sources, data volume and support expectations all move the number, so we would rather ask than publish a figure that fits nobody.
