OAuth + connector issues

If a Google or Shopify connection is failing, try disconnecting from Settings → Connections and reconnecting. Most token expiries and scope updates resolve with a fresh OAuth round-trip. Still stuck? Email us with the connection name and the error message you see in the UI.

Privacy + data questions

Klar reads every row of your data — no sampling, no proprietary attribution layer. Warehouse connections (Postgres / Snowflake / BigQuery / MySQL) query in place; SaaS connections sync encrypted to Klar S3 and you can disconnect to delete at any time.
